HOLIDAY HOUSE LU LADDARANU
It is the ideal place for both families and young people who intend to spend their holidays in contact with nature, away from traffic and noise. The house, recently built, set in a flourishing vineyard. Its strategic setting on a little hill affords magnificent views of the Asinara Gulf and the beautiful Asinara island. Although isolated the house is just at 400 meters from the Lu Bagnu village, marine suburb of Castelsardo with its beautiful beaches, which can be reached with two minutes by car, 10 minutes by foot or by bike. Located at 2 Km from Castelsardo village.
The house has two bedrooms, one with double bed and the second one with twin beds ( on request it could be possible placed extra beds in the living room for a total of 6 six places), a living-dining room with fireplace with huge windows overlooking the countryside and the sea. A fully equipped kitchen with all facilities (cook top, oven, refrigerator & freezer. A bathroom with shower, hairdryer and washing machine. Entrance at ground level.
A covered veranda of 40 sqm. and a garden with barbecue and lawn with games for children. Outdoor shower
... And all around there are the vineyard, fruit trees and vegetable garden ... Fruits and vegetables, absolutely organic, which our guests can enjoy freely and for free....
